Questions to ask yourself to be more intentional:

  • Do my actions serve my higher good?

  • Is what I am doing right now getting me closer or further away from my goals?

  • Are you being intentional about the food you are eating throughout the day?

  • How you are spending your day? Is it in a negative mindset, is it laying on the couch, is it on Tiktok, do you find yourself procrastinating?

  • Are you being intentional about who you give your time to?

  • Do you have a morning routine that serves you?

  • Are you setting up your day up for success?

Living an intentional life, you need to be clear about your aspirations, priorities, and use them as a guide to make decisions each day. Intentional people are purposeful and deliberate in their actions, taking steps each day to move closer to their goals and live their best life.
