Finding Validation Within

You need to start recognizing the awesome person you already are without this need to “change” yourself. It's not about waiting for validation from the outside world; it's about seeing the proof right in front of you that you're pretty amazing just as you are.

When it comes to rewiring our brains for the better, it's all about catching those little moments of good that often slip by unnoticed. Instead of getting caught up in what went wrong or what you could have done, let's start focusing on the good stuff – those tiny wins, moments of joy, feelings of being amazing, and acts of kindness that happen every day.

Think about it this way: if we strip away all the external stuff, what we're really after are those core feelings we crave – like feeling safe, valued, and understood. So why wait for someone else to give us the green light? Let's start owning those feelings ourselves, right now.

When it comes to rewiring our brains, consistency is key. Every day, we need to let our brains absorb the experiences and feelings we're after. Keep at it, gradually accumulating evidence that you can authentically express yourself without hesitation. By giving your mind proof that you already embody what you desire, you'll naturally attract more of it, effortlessly aligning with your aspirations.

But how do we do that? It's about incorporating simple practices into our daily lives – like starting a gratitude journal, making a note in your phone to highlight the small wins of the day, investing in ourselves, surrounding ourselves with supportive people who fill our cup, releasing old limiting beliefs about ourselves, letting go of past trauma or memories that create patterns in our current reality, and setting boundaries that honor our needs and values. By prioritizing these small but impactful actions, we're actively nurturing our sense of self-worth and empowerment.

By acknowledging and celebrating our worthiness in every moment, and creating new neutral pathways that are automatically trained to see how amazing we are every day, we're paving the way for a life filled with confidence, joy, and authenticity.
