New Chapter For Our Newsletter

I’m so excited to reconnect after being a bit MIA. I’ve stepped away from email, social media, and the podcast lately because I’ve been fully immersed in writing a book!

It’s a self-development book that goes beyond just motivation, focusing on practical applications to see real change in your life. This journey has been both beautiful and fulfilling, and I’ve been savoring the creative flow that’s come with it. I can’t wait to share more about the book with you soon!

Being off social media has been incredibly eye-opening for me. I’ve gained so much clarity and perspective—next week I will share more about what prompted this break and the surprising insights I’ve discovered.

During this time, I’ve been thinking about how our minds are often so full—overflowing with information, to-do lists, and everything else life throws at us. This constant state of "mind full" can be overwhelming, which is why it’s more important than ever to be mindful.

That’s why I’m excited to introduce you to the Mindful Edit—a new name for our newsletter that perfectly captures this balance. It’s about acknowledging that our minds are full, but also embracing mindfulness as the key to navigating life’s fullness with intention.

If you were around during the early Spring Forward Club days, you might remember how those emails touched on a wide range of topics. I’m excited to bring that vibe back, but with a fresh twist that feels more aligned with where I am now. As I’ve been reflecting on how to show up more authentically and holistically, I realized that this space is the perfect medium to dive into the full spectrum of what health really means.

Health isn’t just about what we put into our bodies or what we think in our minds—it’s about finding balance across all areas of our lives. Just like I would share on social media, I’ll be covering a broad range of topics here, blending insights on physical health, mental well-being, and everything in between, to help us all achieve that holistic balance.

  • Wellness Trends & My Take: I’ll keep you updated on the latest in health and wellness, with insights on how to apply these trends mindfully in your life. Think red light therapy, raw milk, carnivore diet.

  • Life Updates: A personal glimpse into my journey, sharing the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

  • Open Book Podcast Episode Updates: Stay in the loop with new podcast episodes, including highlights and key takeaways to help you integrate the insights into your daily life. Podcast will be back in October after I finish writing my book and get back from my travels.
