Practice Being Fully Present

With the holidays upon us and the end of year approaching. Challenge yourself to be fully present everyday this week. When you find yourself worrying about what you have to do or what you didn’t do, bring yourself back to the present moment without any judgement. Deep breathing, mediation, paying attention to your five senses can help ground you and get you back to the present moment.

The only thing that exists is the present moment, so spend your time investing in what is in front of you vs worrying about past or future actions. Life is only happening in the present moment, so spend your time there.
