Start a daily practice of self-praise during an everyday mundane habit like washing you hands after you go to the bathroom.

Look into the mirror, affirm yourself with kind words, and recap the positive moments and accomplishments in your life. Tell yourself how beautiful you are, how proud of yourself you are, what an amazing person you are. Talk to yourself as you would a child. Say the things you wish you heard more of either then or now. Do this every time you wash your hands and elevate your self-talk, confidence, self-image, and mindset.

This practice transforms the ordinary into a moment of self-celebration.

SOME WELLNESS SHIT

✍🏼 Some shit to write: If you have trouble creating new habits work on creating a new identity. Start by making a character person of who you ideally want to be. List out who this person is, their personality, their routine, what they say yes and no to, who do they hang out with, what do they wear, how do they feel about themselves, etc.
