Weekly Challenge to

Spring Forward

this Week

Reflect this week and journal on all of the small and big changes that you’ve made in yourself. We want to look at identity, habits, mindset, feelings, not outcomes like getting a boyfriend, new job, or money.

Time period is not relevant but note any mindset changes then to now, boundaries you set, old identities you have released (e.g people pleasing), ways you acted in the past, evolved emotions, something you shifted that others picked up on, things that made you feel energized, realizations or aha moments you had, new beliefs, etc

We’re doing this right now, but I also challenge you to do this weekly or if you feel your value/worth drop because we often miss all of things that may feel small but actually have a big impact on who we are, and who we show up as everyday.

We’re missing all of these big moments of change. When we acknowledge them and connect to our progress, we allow our brain to process the change and build new neuro-pathways.
