Give Yourself Grace

Grant yourself grace and kindness. This week, focus on observing your inner dialogue. Take note of any self-critical thoughts and challenge their validity. Debunk these thoughts by recognizing that they aren't the ultimate truth or an accurate reflection of who you are. What if everything is happening for you exactly how it is meant to, and it is just your perception that is off.

Reframe this by:

1. How are you choosing to believe you feel?

2. How is this choice about yourself affecting your behaviors?

3. Why is this not the ultimate truth?

4. How can you feel instead?

Give yourself grace, maybe rest is exactly what you need, in the case of you feeling like something is “wrong with you” that you have no motivation. But lets say you keep hitting the snooze button and it is a habit that is no longer serving you, you can say “I have a behavior that no longer serves me, I am safe to let it go” and then work on rewiring it.

✍🏼 Some shit to write: Similar to the weekly challenge, every time you have a limiting belief pop up, write it down, and then follow it with how it makes no fucking sense, how it is not the ultimate truth, and evidence that proves it wrong.
